Andy Denne – B.A (Hons), CPC, CPPC

Andy is on of Europe’s most experienced leadership and team coaches and coach trainers. He is a Certified Co-Active Coach (Coaches Training Institute -“CTI”) and a Certified Professional Coach with the International Coaching Federation. He has also personally trained hundreds of coaches throughout the world with CTI.       

After studying Business Administration at City University, Andy had a successful business career at Reuters, moving through sales and national marketing, culminating as the International Marketing Manager for Reuters News Services. He left to become Managing Director of one of Europe’s leading complimentary health centres, managing and leading a range of corporate and personal self-development and change management programmes.  

He is passionate about leadership and teams. What is it that is required by leaders to create the environment of sustainable high performance for individuals and teams at work? This is a question that Andy loves to explore and brings deep curiosity to his work.    

Through a truly holistic and client-centred approach, Andy helps individuals and teams to get in touch with their spark of inspiration, allowing this to be expressed in their work, enhancing both professional and personal development. Andy’s work is focused on managing development, helping people acknowledge and deal with the issues that arise, enhancing the lifelong process of human learning, effectiveness and fulfilment. By understanding and emphasising personal drives and motivation, his approach is designed to improve both individual and team performance – and hence business performance – through removing the barriers to effective communication, learning, ownership and responsibility. Andy specialises in helping organisations leverage their peak performers, coaching top sales teams to further growth and one-to-one coaching with senior managers and company directors.     

Andy surrounds all his work with humour and learning. He finds great satisfaction in working with people to serve them as they make a real difference to their world. He now combines living in the foothills of the Pyrenees in France with working throughout the world, being a husband and father of two delightful young daughters.
