"Sue Thomas - B.A. (Hons), M.Sc. (Behavioural modelling), Diploma in Coaching

Trained as an evolutionary biologist, Sue’s varied career has taken her from computer simulations of biological models to commercial systems analysis and from management consultancy to leadership coaching.

After completing a Zoology degree and a research-based Masters at the University of Oxford, Sue spent many years at the front line of corporate life in business analysis and management consultancy roles. She has worked on behalf of dozens of major companies and agencies enabling clients to clarify their business aims and develop successful plans of action to achieve them.

As time passed, her interest in the significant impact of key people began to eclipse her interest in the architecture and efficiencies of business processes. Coupled with a discovery of the joys of sailing and the delights of Dartmouth, this signalled time for a major transition. This coincidence of events led Sue to train as a professional coach, move to Devon and set up her coaching practice.

Sue has a strong interest in academic research into leadership issues and is an accredited affiliate at the Centre for Leadership Studies at the University of Exeter.
