Henry Lee – B.A (Hons), PG Dip (Business), CMC, Lic CIPD, MiEx

Henry specialises in tailor-made, personalised solutions aligned to corporate culture and business strategy and which provide benefits for both individuals and the bottom line. Henry regularly works with Boards of Directors and senior teams and executives, in order to improve leadership, performance, change management and team-work. Her training and coaching are designed to raise self-awareness and personal insight - in order to create real-life, workable actions and plans. She uses a range of professional assessments and approaches, from EQi to the Birkman Method TM, and from coaching models to psycho-drama.

Henry’s experience spans 29 years in the corporate world, including 9 years in import and export and 3 years in UK National Accounts Sales and Marketing. She also spent a year at Pinewood Studios, designing business television for delivery of corporate learning via closed, satellite television networks. Working in various industries and disciplines, from manufacturing to retailing and from purchasing to sales, Henry always came back to learning and development and has spent the last 16 years utilising her corporate knowledge and experience in her coaching and training interventions. With fluent English and French, Henry works in the UK and internationally, particularly in France. She has particular experience with blue chip companies and private clients within financial services, technology, automotive retailing and transport.
