About us - Who we are

The Wild Peak is a management consultancy and management development company, based in the the UK and France. We help organisations and their executives, leaders and teams understand and act in the world in systems terms and also learn how acting with "CARE" will help them achieve business success and ‘peak performance’.

We design and deliver an array of tailor made programmes or, alternatively, you can work individually with one of our senior coaches, consultants and facilitators.

We employ a very structured and leading edge methodology and every programme we design and run is action, solutions and results focused and will usually incorporate real involvement in specific projects, within the company or outside.

Our team of consultants, coaches and facilitators each have decades of experience in business and in the design and delivery of transformational executive and leadership programmes. But, in addition, every one of us wishes to help organisations bring the values and aspirations of individual managers into congruence with the requirements of their business life. If this can be done it will lead to more success for themselves and for the organisations that they serve, as well as a better future for our planet.
