About us - Who we are

The Wild Peak is a management consultancy and management development company, based in the the UK. We help organisations and their executives, leaders and teams understand and act in their world in "systems" terms and also learn how acting with "CARE" will help them achieve business success and ‘peak performance’.

Our management consultancy work centres around the use of complexity science and systems thinking to address an array of issues in strategy, finance and organisation. We have a special expertise in the financial and banking industry.

We also design and deliver an array of tailor made management training and development programmes or, alternatively, you can work individually with one of our senior coaches, consultants and facilitators.

We employ a very structured and leading edge methodology and every programme we design and run is action, solutions and results focused and will usually incorporate real involvement in specific projects, within the company or outside.

Our team of consultants, coaches and facilitators each have decades of experience in business and in the design and delivery of executive and leadership programmes.
