Effectiveness - How can I work more effectively

Through the Creativity, Authenticity and Responsibility components of our C.A.R.E methodology, we help create the inner change required to align personal, business and planetary change.  Yet, we know that participants might still need help in translating this alignment into change you can see and believe in. After all, no matter how sincere your values, your impact on others ultimately depends on how effectively you behave and communicate.

When you walk into a meeting, what does your behaviour say to others about “who has turned up?” and “what you represent?” Is it the real person or just someone going through the motions? Are you still thinking about the last meeting, the next one, or are you truly present?

Our Effectiveness programmes will use coaching, drama/role-playing and some experiential techniques to help you as leaders, managers and team heads to, inter-alia:

 1) Discover and project your personal presence, your authentic  personal “brand”
 2) Understand how you are perceived through the way you communicate
 3) Create impact by your behaviour
 4) Understand the behavioural and emotional preferences of your    team
 5) Influence and motivate others through authentic communication
