The core of all our work at The Wild Peak revolves around germinating and embedding systems thinking in organisations and managers. We use the latest thinking from the science of complexity and complex adaptive systems.
Our management consulting work uniquely combines complex systems approaches with more traditional strategic, financial and organizational approaches, in which our consultants worked for many years with leading consultancies.
But to affect behaviour and help business people be more effective and perform better we utilize our "C.A.R.E" methodology. This is derived from the best thinking in Cognitive Behavioural Psychology and comprises four transformational capacities which we see as essential to foster and ensure success and performance:
